The Richmond County Chapter of New York State Women, Inc. is pleased to announce the winner of the NYSW RC Chapter’s Women in History Essay Contest, Shaunte Colbert,for her essay on Ella Baker.

Region VII chapters, Lake to Lake Women, assisted by Yates County Women recently hosted a Youth Leadership Conference with a Reality Store® component.  On March 5th, 15 girls from several area schools came together in Waterloo for a day of learning and camaraderie.

We should be proud to live in a state where our elected officials fight for the rights of working people, such as earning a living wage, and having paid family leave. Because women make up a majority of those earning minimum wage, and are often the care takers of children and other family members, this new budget will benefit the women of this state!

Steuben County Women will be sponsoring a milk can cutout painting auction and all proceeds will go to our scholarship fund. We will also have a booth to promote Steuben County Women and NYS Women, Inc.

Join us on April 20, 2016 for our Bath Chamber of Commerce after hours open house. Our chapter is hosting along with the SPCA and the Bath Chamber. The open house is open to the public and will help promote our organizations. 

Join us from August 16 - 21, 2016 at the Steuben County Fair. Our Chapter will have a booth to promote our chapter and the NYS Women, Inc.

Join us as we honor six fantastic women of the Mohawk Valley: Deb Cabral, Rose Ann Convertino, Brenda Episcopo, Erin Hamlin, Carmel Coriale Martucci and Eileen Spellman.

Our March meeting will be held on March 15, 2016. Please join us and our guest, the Chautauqua County Historian for a night of fun and networking. 

Come out and join the Bay Ridge Brooklyn Chapter on April 23, 2016. Benefitting the BRB Chapter Scholarship Fund and other Programs.
