We are a non-profit state federation. Our membership includes women and men of every age, race, religion, political party and socio-economic background. We are a leading advocate on work-life balance and workplace equity issues.

Every year, the Westchester Chapter of NYSW, INC. has presented a $1000 scholarship award to a Westchester woman graduating high school, to help defray the cost of college.

Nanaine Iengo-Blomstrom was the 2014 NYS Women Inc Career Recognition Candidate.
Christine Delisa was the 2014 NYSW Political Development Candidate.
There were a number of awards presented at the Treasuring Our Members Luncheon on Saturday May 31st.
Chadwick Bay Chapter hosted the Regional VIII Meeting of New York State Women Inc. on Saturday, April 26th at Shorewood Country Club.
The Richmond County Chapter sponsored a Women's in History Essay Contest with PS 45's 4th grade class.

For those that aren’t familiar, pay equity is the term that has been coined for helping to ensure that women are paid the same as their male counterparts for equal work.
