Marsha Dollendorf is the owner of Roy’s Plumbing, a trusted name in Western New York plumbing for over 50 years. The company was founded by her late husband, Roy Dollendorf, and upon his passing ten years later, Marsha stepped in to continue his legacy. Rising to the challenge, she went on to break barriers by becoming the first female Master Plumber in New York State outside of New York City.

Under Marsha’s leadership, Roy’s Plumbing has grown into a respected and reliable service provider known for its professionalism, dedication to customers, and commitment to giving back through Roy’s Cares, a program through which Roy’s Plumbing supports local charities and community initiatives across Western New York. Today, three generations of Dollendorf’s work to keep the business thriving.

Beyond her business, she has been a strong advocate for the plumbing industry, serving as Past President of both the Western New York Plumbing & Mechanical Contractors Association (WNYPMCA) and the New York State Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association (NYSPHCC).

Marsha’s journey reflects resilience, leadership, and a pioneering spirit that has inspired countless others in the trades—especially women pursuing careers in plumbing and the mechanical trades.
