Get Involved - Speech Competition Programs

Everyone can enter!

The criteria for the 3 speech competition programs - Career Recognition, New Careerist, Personal & Professional Development - has been updated to support the 3 legs of our mission statement:  to build powerful women personally, professionally and politically.

Career Recognition Program:  Have you grown personally because of a change or advancement in your current career or are you volunteering your time in your community. There is no age restriction for the Career Recognition Program.  We want to hear at conference,how you used the positive and negative experiences for your personal growth.

New Careerist Program:  Are you between the ages of 21 or 32?  We have a deal for you. Share your story of your new career by becoming a candidate in the New Careerist program, The NC program, the 2nd leg in the PPD programs, is designed to show your professional growth.

Personal & Professional Development Program:  Do you have a passion for something you have advocated or want to advocate for?  The PPD program, is the 3rd leg of our mission statement - Politically. To participate, members need to write a letter to their legislator, visit their legislators office and tell us your success story at conference.
