Our speaker Kelly Hamon, from Dale Carneige Training of WNY, will discuss stress coping strategies for women. There are many causes of stress in our lives, but for women with the many roles they take on, it can become overwhelming. Additionally, worry and stress can result in various symptoms, from physical to mental, occupational to social. We’ll learn some simple guidelines for dealing with our modern life’s challenges.

Kelly Marie Hamon is a Dale Carnegie Business consultant and trainer committed to unlocking human potential through effective communication, leadership, interpersonal skills. With deep-rooted passion for fostering positive organizational cultures, she partners with businesses enhance performance, boost employee engagement, drive bottom-line results. As a skilled facilitator coach, creates engaging learning experiences inspire growth development. Leveraging the proven Dale Carnegie methodology, she delivers tailored training programs that empower individuals to build stronger relationships, improve communication, and excel in their roles. 

Her expertise lies in helping organizations achieve their goals by cultivating effective leaders, enhancing sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Harmon’s experience includes 20 years training and educating in the corporate field, higher education, and as an executive coach.
