Participants will engage with and master the essential procedural structure for introducing and processing ideas (Motions), controlling debate, and ensuring all decisions are handled fairly, one item at a time. This workshop focuses on practical tools that save time and ensure your board consistently moves directly toward clear, accountable, and decisive action. This workshop is excellent for those new to "Robert's Rules of Order" and those who might need a refresher.
