In this day and age where so many working women are now responsible for their aged parents, or their own ill children or siblings, or perhaps they are thinking of their own choices as they age, it is more important than ever to have knowledge of what help is available to you and yours.

The Niagara Frontier Chapter will have a speaker at their Tuesday,February 27 dinner meeting at Pane’s Restaurant at 6pm, someone who has answers you may need, if not now, but perhaps in your future. Reservations can be obtained by emailing Phyllis Phillips at or calling

716-744-2650. The cost of the dinner is $23, and there are many choices for entrees. Dinner cost can be paid that evening.

Our speaker will be Susan Fenster who is the Office Coordinator for the NYS Long Term Care Ombudsman Program (LTCOP) covering Niagara, Erie, Cattaraugus and Chautauqua counties. LTCOP ombudsman help residents in nursing homes and assisted living facilities understand and exercise their rights to quality care and quality of life.
