Event date: 11/3/2021 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM Export event

Maybe you’ve heard the medical myth that taste buds change every seven years (they don’t!) but it IS true women’s career paths have changed drastically.

Are you re-entering the workforce after COVID-related childcare issues forced you into unemployment? Are you a new graduate just starting those Zoom interviews or perhaps you’ve finally decided to pull the plug on your current job and leap into entrepreneurship?  Our presentation from Dottie Austin, principal at Career Partners International Buffalo Niagara, will help you with ideas and tactics to make these transitions smoother.

And, since it IS true you should get a new headshot every three to five years, Tara Bazilian-Chang, owner of TBC Photo, will “help you put your best face forward” with tips on how to acheive the best look in your new professional photos.

Dottie Austin is currently a principal with Career Partners International Buffalo | Niagara. She started with the company in 1989; she had previously worked with Kozlin Associates Inc., an executive search firm. Career Partners specializes in talent management, leadership coaching, onboarding, recruiting, and training. They have also helped thousands of employees successfully exit their organizations and transition into new careers.

Tara Bazilian-Chang, owner of TBC Photo, has been a photographer for over 30 years. She discovered her love of photography in high school when she was selected to attend a 3-month art program at Phillips Academy in Amherst, MA. She went on to attend Parson’s School of Design in NYC and The University of New Mexico, both for Fine Arts/Photography.  Her studio is in East Amherst where she specializes in business headshots, senior school portraits, and modern portrait photography.
