Celebration & Auction

Join the Buffalo Niagara Chapter of NYS Women, Inc. for our annual basket auction – with all proceeds benefiting Family Promise of WNY, one of only two shelters in Erie County that keep families together through the crisis of homelessness.

This year, we’re “all in” on all online!  While we won’t be together in-person, we can still share conversations over a glass of wine, join in a sing-a-long, celebrate holiday diversity, and bid on some awesome baskets donated by our BNC members.

Oh, and speaking of wine, a mini-bottle of wine will be included in our member-only swag bags sponsored by Joyce DeLong of Allegra Printing.

Date: December 2, 2020
Time: 5:30PM - 8:00PM

Location: Zoom meeting - REGISTER

Online Auction

Nov 1st thru Dec 1st ONLY

How our “Bid to Give” virtual auction will work: Just like “real life” silent auction, you have the chance to purchase sheets of tickets and then choose the baskets “put your ticket into.”  Sheets of tickets are $20 per sheet of 20.  Bidding closes at midnight on Tuesday, December 1st.  Winners will be announced at the December 2nd meeting.  Good luck!

About Family Promise of WNY:  Located on Hickory Street, near Clinton and Jefferson, in Buffalo, they are an emergency shelter for homeless families. Most shelters separate men from women and young children – leaving fathers and teenage sons with limited shelter options.  They offer a warm, loving and home-like environment and work side-by-side with families, offering opportunities for them to regain control over their lives and reclaim their power.
