On Wednesday, August 31st, The NYS Fair Women’s Day will be conducted at the Chevy Court Pavilion. Women’s Health and Well Being is the theme. NYS Women, Inc. will have a table from 10 am till 4 pm. Members are welcome to be present at the booth for all or part of the day. A Membership-at-large will be awarded to a person entering the drawing. We will be there to promote us and share with the fair going public all the good things we do for women statewide. At 6 pm there is hope of a woman artist performing (rumored to be Patti LaBelle).
At 6:30 pm, in Chevy Park, the National Professional Women's Sky Diving team will land. One member has 16,000 jumps to her credit. You heard me - 16,000.

his event is free with entry to the fair ($3.for those over 12 and under 65). Parking is $5. No cash transactions. Pre-purchase passes for both at nysfair.ny.gov/admission link to https://www.etix.com/ticket/v/8927 Take the train or take the shuttle bus.
Remember that you can spend the day at the booth and send your family off to the midway for rides and games or off to the dairy barn to check you favorite breed (mine are the Ayrshire). Or join folks for your favorite food and displays.
