Ala began her journey in business and fitness with an associate degree back in 1985, but decades later found that serving as the role of wife, mother, and corporate manager, she needed to find herself an ally to assist in her journey back to improved health and wellness. Finding success with a coach, Ala branded “Help Getting Healthy”, became a credentialed Health Coach, Corporate Wellness Coach, Health & Wellness Coach, and completed a master’s in Human Services/Coaching at Liberty University.
Ala is a woman of faith and loves to empower. Ala today, is a Lifestyle Balance ally who co-creates alliances and commits to take the journey with women to help them find their own individual balance in life mentally, physically, and spiritually through speaking, writing, coaching, seminars, and wellness workshops. Ala’s key audience being women in their midlife and beyond. She has started a Midlife Mutiny.
